It is free up to 40 messages a month, and comes with a single user plan that starts at $6/mo for unlimited messages. It is accessed via Whatsapp and conversation threads automatically reset after 10 minutes without a message being sent by the user. Messages are not stored on the server and users must obey rate limits to avoid account blocking.
